Terms and Conditions
Please note:When collecting trailers for hire, customers will need to provide at least two forms of identification showing their current address, if Southern Trailers staff are not satisfied with the identification we reserve the right to refuse the hire even if booked in advance. If you are unsure please contact us to discuss before hiring the trailer.
In addition customers going abroad will need to provide a valid passport.
Payment for the hire is taken in full over the phone at the time of booking, the following cancellation terms apply.
- Less than 1 weeks notice no refund will be offered.
- More than 1 weeks notice a full refund will be offered less 20% booking fee.
